I recently noticed that I had put on some weight. Nothing much, about 10 pounds or so, but enough for me to decide to take action. I decided to join Zumba and boy do I love it. Three days a week I set my home security alarm (HomeAlarmSystems) and head off to my Zumba classes.
The classes are so fun because you are basically dancing the whole time there. They play some cool Latin music and it really gets you in the mood to workout. There are about 15 people in my Zumba class and the instructor keeps us all motivated. It really does feel like you are just dancing at a night club but you are really getting quite a workout in.
So what are my results so far? I have lost about 8 pounds in only two weeks of doing Zumba. I have almost reached my goal of dropping 10 pounds but I don't think I will stop the classes when I reach a weight loss of 10 pounds. I think I will keep going and may even become a Zumba instructor myself. My friends and family have commented on my weight loss and I am so happy that I decided to do these classes.

I've also recently tried out Zumba and it's really a great workout even for someone who doesn't really dance, like me :)
